Paul Carter was born without lower arms and legs but has never once allowed his obvious disability to get in the way of his ambitions. Part of a Bafta award winning team, Paul is a journalist, producer, broadcaster and pioneer of social inclusion. Paul is currently realising his dream of working as a reporter, on the BBC tech show ā€˜Click’.
