Neil Bage: Having a deep passion for helping people make better decisions

Neil Bage is the founder and Director of Behavioural Insight at ‘Be-IQ’ and a Keynote Speaker. After years of working for financial service companies, he decided to go at it alone as he recognised the customer was all too often losing out as a result of a poor relationship between the company and the customer. He is now a specialist in subconscious behaviour. He cleverly combines science and psychology to help people make better decisions to improve their financial health and well-being. When I mention the names HSBC, Barclays and Lloyds, all of which have been attracted by what Neil has to offer, you’ll get a very good idea of his calibre! Neil talks to Sandro about how what goes on in our head defines who we are and how it influences the way we see the world we live in. He explains how he has learnt to simplify complex psychological theories to help others understand it.
