If you were ever a fan of ‘Hi-de-Hi’ or ‘The Bill’, or more recently ‘Holby City’, you’re likely to be familiar with the face of my guest today, Linda Regan. Linda started out following in the footsteps of her father as a stand-up comic which led on to a successful acting career, but she found herself having to revaluate her career choice after she was abducted at knife point in in 2004 and shortly after when she was diagnosed with lung and stomach cancer. Since recovering from the trauma of both these life-changing situations, Linda has overcome her self-doubt which was fuelled by her dyslexia and not being very academic in school and has become a hugely successful crime novelist with 10 novels under her belt.
