Let me challenge you with a simple idea.
Most people spend their entire lives trying to fix their weaknesses.
1. They attend courses to improve what they’re “not good at.”

The +10 / -10 Exercise
Grab a piece of paper and draw a horizontal line.
On the far right, write +10.
On the far left, write -10.
In the middle, write 0.
Now do two things:

Write down something you’re pretty good at — advising clients, handling objections, building relationships, maintaining work-life balance.

Score yourself honestly on a scale of 0 to 10.
Let’s say you’re a +7.
Now write something you struggle with — admin, prospecting, closing, time management — and score it between 0 and -10.
Maybe that’s a -7.
Here’s the problem.
Most people spend 80% of their energy trying to turn that -7 into a -5.
And even if they succeed… what have they really achieved?
Mediocrity.

What if instead, you poured your time, energy and effort into turning your +7 into a +9… or even a +10?
