Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all
transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect
your statutory rights.
Though we will usually have most items in stock it is possible that in
some instances a product may become temporarily unavailable.
Prices shown on this site include VAT where and to the extent that VAT
is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law.
Charges for delivery are also included in the price unless advised.
Upon receiving your order we carry put a standard pre-authorisation check
on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the
transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation
check. Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your
order.
We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered by post within
14 days of your order being received, though overseas orders may take
a little longer. Of course, delivery can be affected by factors beyond
our control and so cannot be guaranteed.
If this time elapses and the goods have not arrived, you should contact
your local post office to verify that no items are being held for you
pending delivery. If your post office has confirmed that no packages are
being held, please contact our Customer Services on 01934 612331 or write

BS23 4NN, England.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000 regulations you
may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following
the day on which you receive the goods. We regret this does not apply
where sealed audio and video recordings or software products have been
unsealed. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original
condition. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning
goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us
in error.
The information on this web site has been compiled and provided in good
faith to provide information about our products and services. Any of the
information is subject to change without notice.
This website may include hypertext links that will lead you to websites
which are not under our control. When you activate any of these links
you will leave this website and we have no control over, and will accept
no responsibility or liability in respect of, the material that follows.
